What if you could receive above average exposure, professional service and support for a reasonable fee?
My system
works based on a fundamental change in the real estate industry; the consumer's access to information. In the 20th century clients
depended on an agent for all their information about homes on the market.
Now, buyers have complete access to information and
choose the homes they want to see and then involve their agent.
News paper ads and open houses are no longer effective marketing
tools, accounting for less than 5% of sales. Buyers use the internet to find their home and do research.
Today's buyer is
making decisions on up to date information they compile. They do not care who your home is listed with or how much you are paying
your agent.
Buyers want to most house for the least money. Gone are the days where buyers were lead around by brokers.
Why
pay thousands of dollars more to have a broker use out dated and ineffective techniques to market your home?
From USA Today's Noell Knox
"Day by day, new real estate tools are surfacing on the web. Tech-nology is shifting knowledge and
power to buyers and sellers. In doing so, it's loosened Realtors' long standing control of vital information and cutting into their
sales commissions.
"The internet is a significant threat to Realtors who in previous decades have had an iron-grip control over
all necessary information for those seeking to buy or sell a home.
