Here is a letter from a client that listed with me and then felt that they need the 'exposure' of a big firm.After giving it a try, they found paying more did not mean more service or exposure.
They ended that contract
to have me market their home again and save. They could see the only difference was the fee. Why pay more for to sell your home?

First of all we want to apologize. We do realize that your acted with integrity and delivered all you promised in our contract and
offered much assistance in preparing our home to sell.
We have terminated our contract with (A large high
fee firm) accepting that we cannot pay 6% commission.
We have listed on Craigslist and Owner.com with few
responses.
We do not believe we can sell it ourselves. We believe our best chance to sell our home is with
you. We have learned alot this year and realize the fine service you provide.
