In 2016 I was the NC Photographer for Trump for President.

I have been taken pictures since I was 11 years old. My father was an exceptionally good hobby photographer and he introduced me to the art from a young age. From that time, I have always had a Nikon and enthusiastically pursued the passion.
In high school and college I was a photographer for the year book and newspaper. I began the process of defining a skill of capturing the emotion of events, not just the event. These journalistic roots to my work show through in my images.
From 1996-2014 most of my photography work was confined to my work as a real estate broker and a proud father. I am blessed with two wonderful sons that are growing up on both sides of a camera just like I did.
In 2014 I wanted to mark one off the bucket list and started to offer my services as a photographer. I had been encouraged by the members of my church and other friends. I intended to probably do the occasional event or portraits.
Over that year I was fortunate to have many doors open for me. By the beginning of 2015 over half my income was coming from photography. By 2017, what had been a hobby was my profession. I am blessed to have my dream job and be able to share my passion with clients.
I have built my reputation and business first and foremost on quality images that stand on their own. I provide anxiety free sessions and work with each client to achieve their vision. I pride myself on quick turn around and client satisfaction.
My work has taken me across NC and to Washington DC with my political clients. I am blessed to have been a witness to history and count among subjects I have worked with, The President, Vice President, Governor, Lt. Governor, US Senators and Congressmen, State Legislators and judges.
I work with individuals and families producing treasured portraits as well as business images that pop.
I am fortunate to be living my dream and would appreciate the opportunity to work with you.
